What to expect from individual counseling
On our first visit, I will meet with you. This time will help me gather information for my assessment. As well as understand your behaviors and triggers that are concerning to you.
There is no magic number as to how many sessions it will take to resolve your concerns. My goal rather is to help you work through the challenges you are struggling with to the best of my ability. I want you to walk away from our time together feeling empowered and refreshed about yourself and your circumstances.
